What the program is
Program name: Work Injury Payout — Case Review Follow-Up.
Who sends the messages: Work Injury Payout LLC, and the intake team working your inquiry.
Sent from: a dedicated Work Injury Payout number, printed here as soon as it is assigned and shown in every message we send
Who receives them: only people who submitted the Free Case Review form and checked the consent box on it. There is no other way onto this list. We do not buy phone numbers, we do not text people who merely read the site, and we have nothing to text you from if you never filled in the form.
How you opt in — the exact words
The last step of the Free Case Review form asks for your name, phone and email, and carries a consent checkbox that is not pre-ticked. The form will not submit until you tick it yourself. It reads:
“I agree to be contacted about my inquiry by Work Injury Payout and one or more participating law firms by phone, text, and email, including with automated technology, at the number and address I provided. Consent isn't a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, HELP for help. I understand this doesn't create an attorney-client relationship.”
The same box, in Spanish, appears on the Spanish version of the form. Directly beneath it the form links to this page, to our privacy policy and to our terms.
One other route exists and it runs the other way: if you text our number first, we answer. Starting a conversation with us is its own consent to be answered, and STOP still ends it.
What the messages actually say
They are written by a person, about the inquiry you sent, and they name who is writing. Real examples:
- “Hi [Name], this is [Agent] with Work Injury Payout about the work injury claim you asked about. Is now a good time for a quick call? Reply STOP to opt out.”
- “Hi [Name], the intake paperwork is still waiting on your signature. Anything I can help with? Reply STOP to opt out.”
What they are not: advertising for anything you did not ask about, offers, promotions, newsletters, or anything sent on behalf of a company you have never heard of.
Frequency, cost, and hours
- Message frequency varies — it depends on your conversation. In practice it is a handful of messages while we are trying to reach you and while paperwork is outstanding, then it stops.
- Message and data rates may apply. We charge nothing; your carrier's normal rates are between you and your carrier.
- No texts before 8am or after 9pm in your own local time. This is enforced by the system, not by memory.
Stopping, and getting help
- Reply STOP — also STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or in Spanish PARAR or ALTO — and the texts stop. Immediately, and for good.
- Reply HELP (or AYUDA) and you get a message telling you what this is and how to reach a person.
- Reply START (or SÍ) if you stopped them and want them back. Only you can do that; we cannot put you back on ourselves.
- Or just tell us in plain words, by text, phone or email. “Stop texting me” is not a keyword, and it works anyway.
Opting out of texts does not opt you out of anything else, and it never affects your inquiry, your consultation, or your claim.
Your number, and what does not happen to it
No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number and your consent to receive text messages are never sold, rented, or transferred to anyone for marketing, and nobody buys the right to text you from us.
The introduction you asked for is a separate thing: submitting the form sends your inquiry to the law firm matched to your state so that firm can review it and get in touch. That is fulfilling your request, not marketing, and our privacy policy describes it in full.
