Signature Framework · Claim Confidence Score™

How protected is your claim, really?

Claims aren't won at hearings — they're won months earlier, by ordinary things done on time: the written report, the precise medical record, the filed form, the calendared deadline. Answer twelve questions honestly and see exactly where your claim stands — and the three moves that would strengthen it most, in order.

The four pillars the score measures

  • Reporting. Did the injury get reported in writing, on time, with the work cause stated plainly? Late or verbal-only reporting is the single most common way strong claims become weak ones.
  • Medical record. Is a doctor treating you, does the chart say the injury came from work, and are your restrictions in writing? The medical record is the claim — everything else argues about it.
  • Paper trail. Filed claim form, claim number, copies of everything, witnesses named, photos taken. Paper converts goodwill into rights.
  • Deadlines. Your state's reporting and filing windows, calendared — plus the appeal windows on every letter. The calendar beats the courtroom.
A low score is good news in disguise

Every gap this tool finds is one you can still close — usually today, usually free. The dangerous gaps are the ones nobody measures until an adjuster does. Retake the score as you work through your action list; watching it climb is the point.

Private by design

Your answers save only to your own device (your browser's local storage) so the score is waiting when you return — nothing is sent anywhere, and the My Claim dashboard can show your latest score alongside your checklists. Clearing your browser data clears it.
